The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 所有的角色和所有的情节扭点都被高度符号化。在我看来，除了蛋生与狐狸精大战(正邪大战)之外，影片的一个重要注脚在于那个独脚小狐—它是神话与世俗的重叠，他是中国传统男性在精神和肉体上的偏离。小时候看不懂，现在以为看懂了，仔细琢磨还是不那么懂。好片！
