The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 可能囿于片长和资金问题，剧场版对最终章最关键的几个点（贞德的发言、医生vs盖提亚、玛修被芙芙救赎，etc.）处理得有些糙，甚至突兀。冲突点的感染力不如原游戏文本来的酣畅淋漓，打斗场景只剩光污染了，宝具展开效果相比巴比伦尼亚tv版差了不少。3颗星给到蘑菇的原剧情。
算是比較常規化的韓國驚悚片，前半段故意迷惑觀眾但常看此類電影的應該從申河均的心理醫生出現就知道後續發展了，不過這算女主戲吧，申河均就是個工具配角
好可爱，台湾对青春爱情片的把控真是太熟练了。全部都是很俗套的剧情，但还是看到哭，可能对台式偶像剧的感觉已经刻进DNA里了。
上一輩未了的夢想落在子女身上、子女努力活出上一輩期待的樣貌，彼此間既相愛也失望。最哀傷莫過於女兒心靈解離後的新人格竟全是母親的樣貌。親子間需要練習接受對方都不是完美的、練習接受彼此的缺陷、對彼此的失望，諒解對方、互相扶持、成長。心痛的對白是「假如沒有你，我會更好」⋯即使血緣關係，真的不需要為了誰而犧牲，每個人終究是獨立的個體、一個人來、一個人走。
真的不想多说，不愿意请声优、骤然关停的bgm和乱改剧情带来的迷惑，有一种给医生丧事喜办的荒谬笑话感。

在我心中评分比豆瓣高，可能是因为对这种原生家庭的伤害深有体会。 母亲以为已被忘记的6岁那年扼着她脖子的双手，其实扼杀着她的一生。 自己活成了最不想成为的人，竭尽全力希望摆脱的母亲，便是她自己。

当听到心理医生说患者可能有双重人格时，就已经猜到女主的双重人格，本来以为是她杀的，没想到是自杀，反转不错的电影
中规中矩，很平淡。表现力不及舞台剧和游戏。情怀确实给了。
一直觉得，心事重的人不容易胖，很让人羡慕，可还是觉得，珍惜身边每个没心没肺开心的胖子吧

台湾小清新学生言情片，女主乍一看，有周冬雨的影子。
前面的节奏一直比较缓慢但其实是在为反转做准备 高潮在发现女主的妈妈的尸体后发现女主是双重人格 而且母亲曾想堕胎以及掐死她 女主的精神障碍有了童年创伤的根基 然后全片上下在母女之间都充满了互文 但可惜的是冲击力不够新闻主持人的工作压力在韩剧里已经成了套路 催眠也很敷衍夸张 双重人格的时间太短不够恐怖 无论如何这个矛盾的人物使得女主的演技有了很大的发挥空间

本是陪看，结果学龄大孩子只看1/3便弃之溜走，老阿姨却津津有味守着小情侣小情小调小恨小爱到结尾！呵呵
韩版【黑天鹅】 千禹熙曾经以为能冲一下大花 现在感觉还是差一些 不过现在的环境下能有女主戏也不错
特别好看，有激情有热血有感情，我非常喜欢，但是刚刚看了一下评论，感觉大家不太满意啊，我没有玩过游戏，看着还是很喜欢的，就是结局有遗憾啊，罗曼啊啊啊啊，玛修回来了，医生能回来吗😭😭😭
