The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 男性/父子/coming to age story，完全是turning red的性转对应，但没有了打动人的能力，更多的是刺激和“爽文风”l
很难想象没打过正经的职业比赛，不是有常规打ncaa，又如此穷困，竟然能参加 nba 选秀，并且最后拿总冠军，拿各种 mvp，dpoy🤣🤣
1星给特效，平平无奇到甚至无聊。主线相当老旧。
6.5+，抛开NBA选秀的噱头，影片更多的是陈述了苦难的家庭在困境中挣扎求生的过程，当然美影依然再乐此不疲的灌输美国梦，只是看起来如圣母一般。

字母哥的成长之路，挺好看。主要是字母哥太优秀了。
最后5分钟才把情感拉起来，前面没拍出节奏感
看到被选中的那一刻眼睛湿了，怎么会呢？三十多岁的中年人了，应该是真的感动了自己吧。
看完我想说一下这部电影，就像融合了许多电影，一味的靠打斗和特效撑场面的儿童片，光剑模仿星战，配上类似银河护卫队风格的音乐，从影片里的空战也能看出来。
披着传记类的电影的外衣，实际上讲的重点却并不是字母
故事本身比较平凡，不过对于看了20年NBA的老粉丝，通过一部类似纪录片的方式了解希腊怪兽还是挺不错的。

可惜就是剧情太平淡了，细节太少，没拍出当时非法移民时他们一家艰苦生活的感觉。
虽然垫脚哥的球风不是很喜欢，但是故事还是很励志。
