The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 香港还是那个香港，港片也还是那个港片，时代在变，观众在变，香港的一切好像都没有变
整体质量差不多就是TVB律政剧的一个单元案那样，故事是完整的，不过就毫无新意，毫无深度。方中信keep得不错，陈家乐有点灾难。
从19年到21年，鸡蛋与高墙，又是权钱交易又是黑警的，还有方中信最后的独白金句，十分切合时势了。开头一段交叉剪接本来拍得好好的，接着却很快把陈家乐的角色放在了次要位置，然后又生硬地把两位大状的取态近乎是调转了。整个故事走向和人物塑造，也很粗糙跳跃，无法令人信服。电影最后对鸡蛋撼高墙争取公义貌似给出了一丝希望，只是很讽刺地香港以后还会不会有这样题材的电影都是未知之数吧。
曾江就是老狐狸。
不明白评分为什么这么低。有时候看电影并不是要看什么大场景。静静的看一个理想故事不好吗？
即便是一个阳光普照的社会，也总有阴影，也总得吃饭，既然公义不能当饭吃，那就吃饱饭再行动了，雷律师在这一点上想的清清楚楚明明白白

本剧于2019年首开记者招待会后，便一直传闻要上，谁知从2019拖到2020甚至拖到了2021年10月，两年半的时间，硬生生给拖成了智叔的遗作之一。
5分 很套路 前面铺垫那么多 反转的也太容易了 又是一部看开头猜得到结局系列 只可惜在现实世界里是不会这么理想的 都是权力只手遮天
总结剧情：用资本打败资本
一开始以为是模仿《辩护人》，后来觉得差的太远了
而且再感慨一句，香港的演艺圈断层真的很厉害，全靠老戏骨在撑。
比想象要好，就是最后有种神之手破案的感觉…

从一开始就是找他爸不香吗……看到有人评论 东邪西毒，秒啊
简直不像是港片，有点失望，案件不够精彩，律师们的表现也一般般，暗走偏锋也激不起任何情绪，大概是这个电影缺乏了情绪。
