The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up.     原来是本马达的本子，写得很聪明，雷导讲故事的方式还是这么immersive。最后那场决斗好精华，我跟现场看一样揪心，时刻害怕玛格丽特的命运，幸而结局真的god bless。不同perspective的细节改动我好喜欢喔！像是de Carrouges从苏格兰回家，他自己描述的英勇无敌只套着破烂盔甲大战归来，Marguerite的版本没主要变动但加了个披风，瞬间把这个所谓“男性valor”化身的虚伪给戳破。虽然可以简单粗暴概括三版证词细微对比之处为性别之差，但雷导本人定调Marguerite为“the truth”还是很被戳中，谢谢。

    很喜欢雷神，但这部作品并不出彩。将女权的问题放在了中世纪，将女性刻画得足够丰富复杂。但故事叙述也有问题，不同视角叙述可以展现事情另一面，但是稍显拖沓，同样的情节重复并没有给观众展现出足够的差异，因此会觉得重复疲惫。可决斗戏拍得足够精彩，依然是雷神水准。
